The probiotics chosen for Pro-Bio have a history of beneficial use. Pro-Bio contains two unique strains, Lactobacillus acidophilus paracasei, and Bacillus Subtillis. Lactobacillus acidophilus paracasei species. is well tolerated by infants, adults, and the elderly, adheres to the colon and persists in theGI tract. It has also been shown to increase lactic acid bacteria in the GImicroflora after 8 weeks of consumption. Bacillus Subtillis is one of the most studied probiotic strains in the world and has been shown to normalize intestinal microflora balance.

Recommended Usage
Take 1 capsule per day with water. Best if taken on an empty stomach, though it may also be taken with food. More may be taken as needed.
