CONSUMERS: 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: You may return any unopened product for any reason within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund to original form of tender. Simply return your purchase and sales receipt to:

RETAILERS: Damaged Product may be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund or replacement to original form of tender.

Expired products may be returned for refund through store's local Account Representative. Please feel free to call Corporate Offices for instructions on contacting your local Account Rep.

Any product which is a "Customer Return" may be returned only through a store's local Account Representative. Enzymedica will issue credits upon receipt of product or confirmation from Account Rep.

Products returned for any other reason within 120 days of purchase may incur a 15% restocking fee. Credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned product.
