Damaged or Mis-shipped products must be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive full credit on your account or replacement of product. Contact our Customer Service Department with the products in hand so you can provide us with lot #s, invoice number and other required information. Enzymedica will issue credit to the store’s account only after the required information has been phoned in. Customer Service will arrange to have the damaged or mis-shipped product picked up.

Other Returns:

  • Products returned for any other reason may be returned within 180 days
  • Products returned between 90 and 180 days will incur a 15% restocking fee
  • We will not accept returns after 180 days
  • The store will be responsible for return shipping arrangements and charges
  • Expired products are not returnable

 

No refund is available on expired product.

Customer Returns for product sold by our Retailers must be processed through our Customer Service Department. Please call with the returned product in hand so you can provide us with expiration dates, lot #s and other required information. Enzymedica will issue credit to the store’s account only after the required information has been phoned in. The store is obligated to retain the returned product to be verified by the Account Rep at the next store visit.
